ACI boasts a wide range of arc melters that have made us a great fit for everything from small batches for alloy standards, to large batches of master alloys. Our custom built arc melters produce the best looking and most accurate material as they are able to maintain high purities and produce thoroughly mixed alloys. 

ACI has a large vacuum induction melter and several vacuum furnaces to cast low melting reactive materials in a wide range of sizes. We also have sintering and vacuum hot pressing capabilities to be able to provide a large amount of ceramic materials. 

Our full in house machine shop and experience means that we can grind, cut, mill or EDM materials in our controlled environment for accurate and speedy turnaround time.
