We specialize in physical vapor deposition materials for the research community. We arc-cast an enormous variety of PVD materials in our own melters; we can also hot-press some non-metallics. We have a full machine shop and can make most foils and wires in our mills. Because we specialize in the R&D market, we can quote the lowest prices and fastest deliveries for smaller orders. Our staff of highly-experienced metallurgists can make many materials other companies won't.

Sputtering Targets
Metals, alloys, and intermetallics are arc-cast in an inert chamber with cold-copper or graphite hearths. We can machine them to meet the design of almost any system. Powders are hot-pressed and then machined.

Evaporation Materials
We make e-beam sources and evaporation materials (evaporation pellets, wire, and pieces). These are available in various purities and forms: slugs, pellets, chunks, wire, foil, rod and starters sources.

Backing Plates - Bonding
Backing Plates are available in any design. Or send us your old plate and save time and money.
Indium bonding is available to 150C; Silver epoxy bonding is available to 250C.
